Plot
Mace is a street-wise ex-cop who now tracks down criminals that jump bail. The mayor hires him to find the person that killed his daughter. Reluctantly he enlists the help of Sarah and the main suspect Mitch. After surviving shoot-outs and boat chases they expose the killer and his blackmail scheme.
